If you have made it this far then I have to imagine that you are one of us who believes the 21st Century business environment needs other styles of management, leadership and employee engagement models than the processes and paradigms inherited from the 20th Century.

It is my intention to use this Blog to create a place where we, as a community, can casually, but thoughtfully, present our thoughts, our opinions, ask our questions, ponder our ponderables and share our findings and opinions on the evolution of new leadership paradigms. I invite any of you who wants to engage with this community to do so any time you want. The more like minded people connect the more like minded thinking and understanding evolves and deepens. And the better that is for everyone.

So, think of this space as a Playground of Thinking and Ideas. I invite you to present yours, consider others, and expand upon them all.

Ideas are amazing assets and infinitely more powerful and valuable than money. Think of it this way. If you and I both have a dollar....and I give you my dollar and you give me your dollar at the end of that transaction we will each have one dollar. However, if you and I both have an idea....and I give you my idea and you give me your idea at the end of that transaction we each have two ideas. We both are richer!

That is the power of Thinking and Ideas. They are the gifts that keep on giving. So it is in that spirit in which I launch this Blog and invite you to come and play.

 So, have fun, be relaxed and feel free to toss stuff around. But most of all just enjoy yourself. 

Just as you would on a playground!!

oh and by the way, im not big on formalities, my grammar is suspect at best, my punctuation is primarily random and based upon how i talk and i dont like using CAPS in my sentences because they are a pain.

in the words of Thomas Jefferson, when faced with a bunch of folks who were concerned that all the proper rules of conduct werent being followed during the crafting of the Declaration of Indepedence, he said ....... "The hell with rules.....we're trying to create something here!!".  

so anytime i'm posting or responding to a post in here i will be more focused on the content, the ideas the thinking and the learning than with how perfect it looks.

and more importantly i'm going to be having fun and  i invite you to do the same as we toss some cool thinking around and see what comes out of it.
